Fahad spent 15 years building nutrition protocols for people who were already doing everything right (Indian cricketers, Olympians, Paralympians, Bollywood actresses and international golfers), and watching identical plans produce completely different results in bodies that looked the same on paper. The explanation, when he found it, was in the genetics. He trained in nutrigenetics, built Adam’s Genetics on the back of that work, published a study on corporate executives, and brought the whole architecture into Alpha Human. He designs every nutrition protocol and owns the clinical framework that sits behind the programme.
Ashish Mittal
Founder and Chief Scientific Officer
Ashish spent his career generating genetic data that rarely left the lab. At CSIR Institute of Genomics and the Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, and then building sequencing facilities from scratch for hospitals and research institutes across India, he watched extraordinary biological precision go nowhere clinically useful. Building Alpha Human with Fahad was the first time his genomics work had a direct line to someone changing how they ate. At Alpha Human, he leads the DNA programme, lab infrastructure, and the science of turning raw sequencing output into something a nutrition protocol can actually use.
Santosh Srivastava

Santosh Srivastava is a growth expert, entrepreneur, and innovator with 30+ years of experience across business strategy, sales, retail, e-commerce, brand building, and distribution. An IIT graduate and MBA, he has held senior leadership roles with Tata Steel and Lifestyle Retail & E-commerce before founding and advising businesses across diverse sectors. Today, he combines strategic thinking, entrepreneurial experience, and a passion for mentoring founders to build businesses, brands, and ventures with lasting impact.
